Code-compliant access for gas line shut-off?

Inspector flagged my basement gas meter needing a 12x12 access. Don't want a cheap cover that looks temporary. What's actually rated for that?

Building codes usually just want 12x12 minimum and a secure door. This access panel meets that in plastic—non-conductive, won't spark near gas. I mounted it on plywood since the wall was uneven. The latch requires deliberate pressure to open, satisfying the tamper-proof part. Inspector signed off on the spot; now it's done and invisible.
