City Towers – how’s parking and traffic really?
Thinking about moving to City Towers next year. The renders look nice, but everyone knows renders lie sometimes. Main thing for me is daily commuting – I drive to the office every day. How bad is the morning/evening traffic jam around the complex? And is parking actually enough or do people fight for spots? Would be grateful for real feedback from people living there now.

Lived here since last spring. Morning traffic isn’t terrible if you leave before 7:30, but after 8 it gets annoying – the main exit road gets clogged for 15–20 minutes. Evening is worse, especially on Fridays.Parking is sufficient most of the time, there’s underground + guest spots, but when there are events nearby it can fill up fast. Overall the complex itself is comfortable, just don’t expect perfect silence or empty roads during rush hour.
