How long do ceramic brake pads last?

Thinking about switching to full ceramic pads for less dust and quieter operation. But I've heard they wear faster than semi-metallic in aggressive driving. What's real mileage people get on mixed city/highway use? Any brands/models that hold up well?

Ceramic pads vary- cheaper ones can wear quicker if you're heavy on brakes, but quality ones often match or outlast semi-metallics because they generate less heat and dust. Mine usually last 45-60k km on daily mixed driving. Recently installed a set from https://elartcom.eu/categories/brake-pads-3 - they have ceramic options from several suppliers, chose mid-range with good reviews for longevity. After 14 months/22k km they're still at about 60% life, very little dust, no fade in traffic or on motorways. Bedding was easy, and pedal feel stayed consistent. If you drive normally, ceramics are worth it for the cleanliness and quiet. Browse their selection- plenty to compare.
