Stem cells for male infertility – any success stories?
Guys (or partners), dealing with male factor infertility here—low sperm count/motility after tests. We've tried lifestyle changes and some meds, but no luck yet considering IVF. Read about stem cell methods possibly regenerating testicular tissue or improving sperm quality. Has anyone pursued this route? What was the process, did parameters improve, or was it disappointing? Thanks for any candid input.

Similar situation a couple years ago-oligoasthenospermia diagnosis. We explored options beyond standard urology. Stem cells are still emerging for this, with some reports of better motility or count via cell repair and hormone balance, but it's not guaranteed and mostly clinic-based observations. A friend shared a page explaining one clinic's use of cells/exosomes for spermatogenesis support: stem cell treatment for male infertility We ended up going the ART route successfully, but it's worth checking current studies. Hope you get good news soon.
