Can a grease splatter screen be used while sautéing vegetables?

I do a lot of quick sautéed veggies with olive oil – lots of movement. Will a grease splatter screen stay in place or get knocked off when tossing the pan? Any stable ones for active cooking?

It stays put very well if you choose one with a decent weight and wide rim. I toss pans constantly when sautéing onions, peppers, mushrooms etc. and my screen doesn’t budge – the rim grips the pan edge nicely. Just lift it briefly with the handle to add ingredients if needed. The mesh lets steam out so veggies don’t steam instead of sauté, but still blocks the little oil pops. Mine is stainless, balanced, and the handle gives good leverage for quick lifts. Been great for active stovetop cooking. This one handles tossing without any problems – grease splatter screen . Makes messy sautéing way cleaner.
